HR Manager

As the unique HR in France, you’ll be the main point of contact for our 40 French employees and have the chance to carry out a range of HR aspects and responsibilities in France with the support of the People and culture team.
In this respect, your main missions will be to:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
Collaborate with the company’s management and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and support with preparing job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for France, from job ads to making hiring decisions.
Administration Management and payroll:
Manage and be responsible for the French monthly payroll (with Payfit) and the payment of social contributions.
Manage all administrative tasks related to people: contracts, certificates, probation period, medical check up, employee records via our HRIS platform (Hibob), benefits, internal processes and communication
Supporting the employees' journey:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance and support to resolve issues from their first day to their offboarding.
Be a partner with Line Managers to ensure they are supported with the day-to-day people management of their teams.
Manage, improve and monitor a training policy in France in accordance with global processes;
Develop career paths in cooperation with teams and management.
Global HR projects
Active and effective cooperation with the global HR team and local application in main HR global projects within the company ( e.g performance management system, employer brand, compensation and benefits).
Employees engagement
Play a vital role in promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement through various initiatives, such as employee surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Social relations & Legal
Manage social dialogue and work council (CSE)
Ensure HR practises compliance (including compliance with health and safety policies and procedures) and update with the employment laws and regulations within France in association with our General counsel and lawyers
Office Management
Manage Facilities: responsible for collaborating with third-party providers to ensure the well-maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the office premises and offer employees the best workplace.
Desirable experience and qualifications
A Master degree in human resources or a related field.
At least four years work experience within a HR Operations / Specialist or HR Manager role, ideally within a SME Tech business.
Autonomy, rigour and proactivity are essential for this role. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision in the Paris Office well as being a key part of a wider global HR team.
Interest in working in an international environment
Proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is crucial
A strong foundation in various HR disciplines is essential. This includes understanding French labour laws, employee relations and recruitment.
