Hi, I'm Amy, Regional Head of People and Culture here at SaleCycle 👋🏽 

I joined SaleCycle's HR team in 2019 and have had the privileged to support the business through evolving their People and Culture team. I'm passionate about all things employee engagement, and hold a strong commitment to creating a positive workplace culture, enhanced wellbeing, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

I currently hold the Associate level membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and recently graduated with a Masters in International HRM at Sunderland University. 

In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, in particular my husband and little boy, Frankie. Which is just one of the reasons I love working at SaleCycle, it allows me so much flexibility to have the perfect work life balance!
