Account Executive
As an Account Executive working on the Fench market, you will…
...report to the Regional Head of Revenue - France, and collaborate closely with the Account Managers and other Account Executive within your team.
Your main responsibility will be to manage complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping and management, all through to negotiation and deal closing.
More specifically, your missions will be to:
Build a strong pipeline through a nurturing approach, your active prospection and the inbound leads coming from marketing actions.
Proactively prospect, identify your prospect’s pain points and suggest a relevant solution to solve their problems;
Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders, from negotiation to closing.
Establish an ABM strategy with the Marketing team on a specific Target Accounts list;
Sign new logos;
Be responsible for upsell and cross sell on a list of existing clients;
Drive the end of the sales process and find a common action plan with your prospect;
Work with our inhouse pipeline HUBSPOT, estimate possible closing, and always keep the platform updated.
Occasionally participate in external events ;
Collaborate with wider SaleCycle support teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients.
Provide support to the other areas within the business, when required, to maintain business performance and an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
Essential criteria for the role…
Excellent spoken, written, and reading skills in French and English;
You have at least 2 years of experience in a target-driven sales attainment in a B2B startup environment;
You have strong knowledge of the SaaS industry and solid understanding of the e-commerce market ;
A proven experience in selling to Mid and Enterprise targets (brands within Retail, Travel, and Fashion is preferred)
You have consistently achieved or overachieved your SaaS sales quota;
A good experience using HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Cognism.

Our Recruitment Process:
If our hiring team feel you could be a good fit for this role, we'll contact you to arrange an initial telephone interview. This will usually be with a member of our HR Team, to briefly discuss SaleCycle, your skills, experience, salary expectations and any questions you may have.
The next stage would be an interview with the hiring manager. We will use this opportunity to get to know you better and understand what experience and skills you can bring to the team. If this interview goes well, we will ask you to work on a business case, before meeting the Chief Revenue Officer.
As a final stage, you may then be invited for an informal team meeting.
