At SaleCycle, we’re passionate about bringing in exceptional talent, and our recruitment process is designed with that goal in mind.
We've designed a structured, multi-stage recruitment process to help us identify individuals who not only bring expertise but also share our values and vision. Our aim is to ensure a great fit for both you and us. While the core process provides consistency and fairness, some steps may be adapted depending on the role to best meet its specific requirements.

People Team Introduction
After you apply, our people team will review your application. If there’s a potential match, they’ll schedule a short call to discuss your experience, location, salary expectations, and notice period.

Meet the Hiring Manager
If the introduction call suggests a potential fit, you'll be invited to an interview with the hiring manager to explore your skills, experience, and how you can add value to SaleCycle. At this stage, you may also be asked to complete a relevant task related to the role.

Meet our Senior Leadership Team
You'll be invited to an interview with members of our Senior Leadership Team, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the company and our strategic direction.

Meet some SaleCyclers
You'll have the chance to meet some of the team at SaleCycle. It’s a great opportunity to get a feel for life here and ask any questions you may have!

We get it, interviewing for a new role can be a bit nerve-wracking. But don’t worry, we’re here to make it as enjoyable and welcoming as possible! Our hiring process might take a little longer than most, but that’s because we’ve set the bar high for SaleCyclers.
